Diversity Zero to 13, Inc.

Who We Are:

The Diversity Zero to 13 program focuses on cultural diversity, sensitivity and competency training, custom designed by listening to and working with you to meet the unique needs, demographics and budget of your agency or corporation.

As a non-profit enterprise, our rates are intentionally kept very affordable in the hope of promoting anti-racism, social justice, productive dialogue, professionalism, cooperation and team-building within the workplace and the world.

Offering a course of study that leads from one level to the next, Diversity Zero to 13 builds upon each component, and then steps back to examine the whole, to see that “diversity” is not just about “minorities”, but society as a whole.

Where We Are:

While we are located in Western North Carolina, we can and do travel anywhere we may be needed.

How we operate

Courses are custom designed to meet your agency or company’s unique needs, demographics and budget.

You may choose to cover one or more levels or elements of the course as they pertain to your business. For example, a 2 hour abridged course can start as low as $300 plus expenses.

Courses may be given in a one-time comprehensive seminar, or spread out in weekly, monthly, biannual or annual sessions until all levels of the course are completed, as suits your needs, or you may opt for as little as one short abridged course.

We also offer free training to those who can’t afford it otherwise.  This is because we are a nonprofit organization whose goal is to dismantle racism in the world. Therefore, those who are able to pay afford us the opportunity to work with others who cannot.
